bro i think its not a bug , as double Armour cant  be repaired , so if the car has more that 999 hp, then nothing  do  gets repaired in spray n paint .

imo, the double armour is not meant to be recharged/restored on using pay n spray. But the tires should be repaired, otherwise what's the use of it?

Players are now notified that the vehicle cannot be repaired if its health is over 1000 when entering Pay 'n' Spray.
