Negotiations, is it possible to play this server on another account legally ?!

I got a ban forever, is there any possibility of returning here, for example on a new account, let's get along, I want to play here, the topic is blocked, I'm waiting for a response from the administration

"If I could say one thing, people go out of the house, don't just play computer games, meet some pretty girls, I don't know about you, but I'm starting to live already, thank you Domingo  for freeing from this game."

For now, there is no way you're allowed to play here. You were rightfully banned, lied and evaded your ban several times. The only way you're allowed to play on this server again is if Mike decides to clear our ban database, but I don't know when it will happen again (maybe NY again, but don't know).
