If you take the moneybag from the vault and try to fix your car with your wrench, nothing will happen if you hold the mb on your back. Once you deliver it to the hideout, the wrench works again. Tested it many times.

Hey Hank_Montgomery . I've tested it and found out that the glitch you reported is invalid. Maybe you're mistaking it by trying to use the Repairing kit while standing in front of your Bullet (as you use this vehicle the most). Try to use the kit while standing on the back side of the Bullet and it'll work.

Yeah, holding the money bag has absolutely nothing to do with the repair kit system.
Try above advice, if that fails, video please? You have to ensure you are looking towards the vehicle head-on and not at an angle. It might also not work if you stand too close (touching the vehicle) as the game may not realise you are looking at the vehicle but past it.
