All in title, in GTA VCS it was possible to buy back weapons after leaving prison / hospital. I will say this, after going to jail the guy loses 1k dollars for medical care, pays exit bail 1k dollars, gets his gun back and on ticket he loses 2.5k dollars, after refilling ammunition he loses 4k maybe, so the criminal loses7k or maybe even 10k, about 6 minutes of play time, and the police only respawn, buy armor for 400 and already in the game, good luck

or u just don't buy 1000 ammo for weapons.
i agree with spectrum. this should be there . its too expensive to be criminal . maybe this is a reason why many players cant afford to be a criminal and leading to toooo many cops .
AS a criminal you can get the money back by committing crimes which you Will do eventually since you want weapons.

After getting 1k from medical discovery, you don't have to pay the 2.4k ticket, besides the locker's gonna reduce the purchased ammo in the ammo-nation, and also the bank robbery and the other profit offences will be helpful in getting some money to afford that.
