Make use of tear gases

Currently, it's a trash grenade. Even a spray can is better than this.

So, my suggestion is: Make it just like the single-player.

Robbers = molotovs
SWATS = Tear gas grenades.

- It can be carried only 1.
- It'll cost 5k/7k because it's too overpowered.
- Only robbers will get the sprayed animation, others not.

Any opinions? Remember, it's one of the useless stuff for the SWAT rank. FBI has better.
