I understand staff privacy, and tbh i might be wrong here but maybe i am not neither. Let the player who's report was valid know which punishment did the reported player get. Notify the player what happened to the reported player because how do i know that some staff member didnt maybe take it easy on his friend or something(im not sure if some high rank is constantly checking all that staff members do or how much possible it is to check every staff members act) to cut the story short, u dont have to tell in details, just say, reported player has been infractioned/banned/pso'd/warned. Because how can we make a staff complaint if we arent sure if he even punished the player or just warned him or whatever?

All players are treated the same way, so if you ever got PSOed for killing non-threat suspect, got infracted for c-bug, RDM, players will receive the same punishment as you and everyone else.
