stolen money returns to recently stolen player error

-It seems that when you pay a ticket, says you are under arrest and returns the money to the stolen player!
Fix him.

I have tested it, issue confirmed, I'm going to log this and let the decision to mike in either remove the ''you have been arrested'' text but still let the robbed money return, or consider this as a whole a bug and make paying a ticket doesn't return the stolen cash.

Hobgoblin as Mike informed me, the cash returning to the player is NOT a bug, however just a slight issue that remains is the text displayed which says ''You have been arrested'' while you only  have paid a ticket

The (stolen cash amount) You stole from (player name) has been returned.''It shouldn't say ''you have been arrested'' (as explained by the player) as you only pay a ticket

-I now understand, if i rob player and cop ticket me, i lose money robbed and return to player…i see it quite unfair.

Moved to invalid bugs, the slight error in the text shall be fixed soon.
