Modify red circle for tow/repair vehicles position

-Many of them are incorrectly placed, specially come-a-lot fuel station, fort Carson, (with tow truck or more big vechicle, it runs aground)

my suggestion; modify position of many circles in much sites incorrectly positioned.

As of 1.10 you can now drive into the pumps.

When I first placed them they were only there to become a Mechanic. They were placed before the gas station menu was even a thing.
