Installation: Put all files into your GTA San Andreas directory. Done!
Description: We all hate the reload animation... So, if we need to reload our guns, we just need to do is to switch weapons then switch back. Which will start the reload animation... But, if we press R to reload our weapon, it will not freeze us. Which makes sense as in real life... If we're authorized for this to use it, it will be better than that animation. What y'all think? Maybe any of the staff will reply by showing the 'Allowed MCNR mods'... I know it's also not allowed but it makes some sense. So, I uploaded it...
Usage: When you need to reload your gun, simply press R like other shooting games. Not just switching weapons.

besides, mike has said that the reload animation is there for a purpose, and will not be removed (afaik)

The reload animation is being removed next update anyway. It may return in the future improved, but for now it simply kills combat.
As for the 'legality' of this mod if the reload animation was to stay, I would allow this. The only reason the reload animation exists is to prevent people from instantly reloading their weapons by switching to another weapon and then back again without any reloading animation.

Yea man. I know why the reload animation is here. But, NO DON'T REMOVE IT!
Make the reload animation to stay. And this mod will help us to move while reloading in the legal style.
Reload animation will prevent DM cheaters to reload their guns by switching them.
And it'll help them who will press R and reload.
Both should be better to improve the server. Imagine it.
