Installation: 1. After downloading, rename it from "hud(2).txd" to "hud.txd".
                  2. Go to GTA San Andreas>Models. Now backup the old hud.txd.
                  3. Paste the new one and done!

CAUTION: Strongly recommended to practice in the Single-player game!!

Description: It'll just remove the aim which is called crosshair for better accuracy of guns. It'll take a lot of time for practicing it but, once you're pro, maybe no one can beat you... Very hard to aim. Recommended to use GTA V Bullet tracer which will make the bullets can be seen that where are they going.

You should also mention that replacing the whole hud.txd (as opposed to replacing the images contained in it) will also replace any other HUD mod you had before.
