Since the new cooldown feature was added, after going off-duty, you can't go on-duty for another 5 mins. To prevent abuse ofcourse.
Before people, who were working as public service, people used to go off-duty, place bounty, then go on-duty.
Since you can't do that anymore, it would be nice add-on, to add the option for cops, at payphones, because most cops already are corrupted, by accepting bribes.
I've encountered myself some troll players, who just ram your car with theirs, and you can't do anything about it. Because system doesnt detect it. So fair play would be against those players, to have atleast option, to place bounty on their head.
