I like the restrictions that you can't switch your jobs instantly, but I think the 5 minute cooldown is a bit too much. Please reduce it to 3 minutes since it's quite enough to wait anyway. This refers on getting out of jail aswell.
Reduce cooldown for going on/off duty/getting out of jail
Agree with that why even we need off duty/on duty cooldown?
It’s there for a reason. Why do you need to change job again after less than 5 minutes?
