Removing a personal vehicle spawning point.

As this guy reported an invalid bug so, I wanna suggest it.

It's an very annoying spawn point cuz we need to go from another way to the car.....

And if the player need the car very fast? like he is 1+ star wanted and cops near him? You just do that u said but those who will like it, will use this way

man its almost impossible to be in that situation in that exact position and being wanted, lol, this takes a lot of time from Mike and slows down development, just request the car again. I bet you will not be in this situation at all while playing MCNR
