Little buff to nrg tires

As an NRG enjoyer, I must say that we have a hard time against players doing db, Using the NRG is risky because you can crash and fall off your vehicle. Additionally, the front shooting is disabled in MCNR, and the NRG is really slow with a passenger. Against cars, the NRG is a bit weak, especially when your tires get popped. Having your back tire shot and popped is a death sentence.This is my suggestion: add a little bit of extra health to the NRG tires when you buy bulletproof tires (from 30 HP to 40).

Whilst I agree once the back type has been popped, you're dead - the NRG-500 is very nimble, can perform lots of stunt jumps in OP areas, and outmanoeuvre most vehicles around corners.

It already seems balanced to me.
