This player HobGoblin decided to stay near us (3 meters) watching the fight from the beginning, he was a innocent civilian and had no reason to watch a fight between a cop and a criminal, once i downed the suspect and killed him, HobGoblin killed me without reason.
It was not my fault/intention shooting him while he passed with his bike while i was in the middle of gunfight, he is not a newbie and hes aware that he cant help a criminal if he is a innocent civilian I want if possible that this case get handled by a more experienced admin. Logs shows that ONE bullet reached his bike, but it was not intentional and if he got that shoot its his only fault, not mine. The moderator who handled the case based his judgement on the Logs, not caring about the video i provided in the previous report, i have to say that the link was expired because of streamable guest account, but he did not asked me to reupload it or providing him the video in PM's. Plus this player keeps baiting, stealing from cops and then askin why cops starts shooting him while he is in a bike and get hitted most of time...
