I recently lost my bullet from a bug and I don't know where to post the refund request. Maybe a refund request section would be nice or something.

help and support ? dm a manager the post and then mike if they don’t respond, that’s how i managed to get a refund for a house.
You report the bug in the bug report section, and ask for a refund for the lost item in the same topic. There's no need for a dedicated section for this.
