I have got no videos because I certainly didn't expect my heli to explode for no reason but here's the story.

I wouldn't have reported this scenario but I've heard in-game that he received a warning but I do not believe this is enough. A player with almost 80k score should know better:
An apology as I've said to him would've been nice but instead he, a guy who also claims to be the leader of an official gang, was toxic to me and killed me for no reason when I didn't do anything wrong. About the toxicity, according to this rule, this is kind of behaviour is not acceptable and therefore should be punished accordingly otherwise he will be toxic more and more to players. A warning is not enough in my opinion for a player like this, considering everything. Also people like him shouldn't be in charge of an official gang. Leaders should be mature and assumed of mistakes.
