Remove car armor

Since my previous suggestion was getting a few angry players, ¿why not removing car armor? , i was looking for equality by making all cars have the same ammount of hp (1500),but it can be same as equal by just making all cars have 1000 HP and deleting the current car armor, also remove resistant tires (but make all vehicle tires have 30hp by default Just like the current resistant tires).

Imo the ability to add car armor should be removed from all stations and be moved to mechanics, that way it could probably revive that job.

Ofc -100000 don't try to make like other server
