Agree, while I understand the decoy drop being limited like that, the vehicles being limited are also kind of a pain in the ass having to run from everyone to even spawn one.
And it was funny as fuck when you did get a bandito dropped on you. I'm pretty sure the only person who ever complained about this was Patchy
