Replace the black screen while repairing a car with a loading bar

Change the black screen while repairing a car because I think its a little bit annoying, a loading bar similar to the cop duty desk or the medikit loading bar would be nice, maybe while the loading bar is charging you can see the vehícle being repaired slowly. And you can still being able to see around you.

The black screen hides the fact your vehicle instantly magically gets repaired. It's the same reason Pay 'n' Spray has a door..
