Players can now use sniper in helicopters

The helicopter must be still, and you can only use sniper. Also only the players in the back seat can use it.

the server already has the Rapel thing in helis and nobody use it, i think making players use sniper in heli must be easier than that

Well if mike makes it approve somehow ill say only m4 or ak will be good for helis
