Motivation for staff

I dont know. Much about staff members but yeah they r giving their time for us so we can get play peacefully so in my opinion they deserve something for that.Something that will make em happy doing their work.Something that will give em motivation.my Suggestion is about giving 10k for each report or some small amount of score like 5 or 10 for handling each report and make a voting system each month for the best staff member and give the player a chance to vote the staff member helped em most and whoever wins will get 100k and in game cash coz mcnr is a non profitable organization.

Nice to hear someone that actually appreciate the MCNR staff team, but the best way to show your appreciation is by treating them with respect, avoiding being a pain in the ass and understanding that they are here to ensure everyone enjoys their time on the server.
