ima gonna explain what happened from my point of view.. what im explaining might not have been the same for everyone involved
So i entered the store after fighting cops and the first thing i see is him pointing out his gun on the general side of the cashier

So i thought he was trying to rob the ammu, and we decided to kill him
now i dont know if its allowed to kill the robber nowadays but i pretty sure it used to be allowed..
i dont know if the rule changed or nah
