A crew property would be better in my opinion as this will allow you to rendezvous with your crewmates at any time and being able to store and collect ammo from a 'crew' safe.
The 'crew' safe will store 2x more ammo than the regular safe.
While in a such property, players from the same crew will be able to discuss maybe tactics, strategies, etc. /crewchat and /cc will allow crewmembers to join in a same chat.
The chat will be private, meaning that nobody, but you and your crew members are able to see it. To cancel this, you and your can type /cancelcrewchat or /ccc
I think that there will be a crew chat in the future, but I'm not quite sure.
