When someone carries weapons, doesn't mean you have to shoot them unless they oppose a threat/murdered someone.
Ok, I agree that I killed the bank guard hence I was a threat, I've deleted the video when we were in the bank.

It is true that you chased me for a while and after that there was a battle between us and after I got murdered by you, I really said 'huh?' and something like 'how come I didn't take you alot of damage?'.
All things but ceasing fire with your sniper are irrelevant. You should have known better..
