In Outlaw's case, he did 2 shot and then switched to uzis that reached 80 ammo and then he shot 4 bullets with his sawn, meaning that there was no unfair advantage over others, even if he shot normally, there would be no difference. Haven't thought about this one and you may ignore the first two videos.
I admit that I was wrong about the sawn offs but the cbug at the end of the video is valid.
