Basically, they use /vfix or smth like that to be able to fix their vehicle while they are inside, this should change.
Make cops leave Rustler and Seasparrow to be able to fix them
Yeah duplicated, so rejected, but this will be implemented somewhat (probably just required to land, and a cooldown of 10 mins maybe idk).
