Contact Mike in forum pm to delete the forum account and email the mcnr staff members to delete your ig account

If overdoz got wiped out of existance then the answer is clear.

If you want your forum account deleting, PM a manager from it (not me).
If you want your in-game account deleting, submit a /helpme in-game from the account and speak to a manager, or message a manager on Discord/forums (but you'll need to go in-game so we can verify your identity).
