get armor without buying/visiting a armor pickup

i was thinking about something when i was playing.
how about u use the same type of command u use for a medkit.. but instead of a medkit.. u get armor ?
u can use /arm for it or something like that
I got this idea when i was fighting cops.. killed them but couldnt get armor quickly cuz another cop came in and tried to kill me
How many times have u finished a fight,ur able to get ur medkit done but cant armor up quickly cuz u had to drive 200/300 meters to get it but u couldnt cuz cops were on ur ass ?
Idk i feel like it should have been in the server..
People cant disagree cuz realism. Tho it should be 2x longer to put an armor on yourself than use medkit and It should have cap of 1 in inventory so +1

-1 medkit and flare are enough
I mean i get the idea, but flare already exists and is pretty much the same thing

does it take the same amount of time tho ?
perhaps yall arent understanding the scenario im putting.
u finished fighting cops, ur able to get ur medkit off but u couldnt armor up because ammu is far away, calling a drop will take long
and cops are like 400 meters out.

nvm its legit a civ buff aka will get rejected
no point of even trying

i will be surprised if this suggestion even gets an answer from mike

Med kit is a band-aid kind of item which is a common thing that was simulated from real life, and if you're gonna be referring this to an armor kit usage, it just doesn't make any sense and this whole suggestion also makes no sense from what I've read, it's merely just skill issue type of reasoning and no proper argument set on behalf of this.

I am fine with what's currently on, I can take on the cops tank easily if I drive properly and manage to escape but it also depends on my luck on whether they suck at shooting and driving or not.
Could be implemented, an inventory item which you can only hold 1 of, instead of 3 like the medkit, and should cost significantly more because it can massively alter the course of the fight and tip the odds towards the player that uses it
