Auto refund of medical fee if cop kills non threat player

nowadays, newbie cops and even some old players playing as cop kill non threat, we report and admin punish them but it would be better if there is an auto system in which if the cop that killed the non threat is punished by admin, then the amount should be auto refunded to the person. Medical fee only which is $5,000

I was non threat and i was asking for Br but then suddenly 3 cops came and try to kill me one of them was Levii who killed me
I just wanted to say that he must given infractions and my money must be returned to me
Thank you!

Why is this suggestion still not denied?

Sounds fair enough to me

Non-threat is not accurately detectable

The refund will be made for cases where staff have ruled in favor of the victim?
