Treasure Box bugged

Hello, today i was hunting a treasure hunt and when i found it, i couldnt grab it. I was standing on top of it and still wasnt able to grab it. And this guy just took it normaly. Its the 2nd time this happens to me. Server owes me $25,000, thjis is the amount this player got from it.

it happened to me a few weeks ago for the 1st time, and i think i was a police worker, i used to play police all day long
this is the 2nd time, maybe its just a random bug, i dont know
in todays screens when i got the 1st clue i couldnt see the question mark for 2nd clue, i relogged, than started from 1st clue again and in the end i couldnt grab the chest at all

If you start the treasure hunt but you decide to relog, then yes, you have to start it again.
