Yeah it is the real logic...

and in my experience of playing gta online for the first time, I just sat a person's car. and instantly got 4 stars without any reason lol

so there should be a timer before he gets the stars

Its just the fact that cops cant attack the driver and the passager who's wanted got the advantage to do a lot of damage to cops, if the driver would get wanted it would be like a "fair" fight for cops too, and it looks like abuse as Combine mentioned.

Any answer here? Since DMers keep abusing this shit and we cant even shot the driver to take down the passager.

Or maybe the driver should be able to take damage even if innocent if transporting a wanted suspect.
