The cost will be 500k... Calling it each time will cost us 25k - 50k? 25k seems fair...
And whenever we are using it, we'll take a lot less damage than any weapon's real damage. e.g if a sniper does 10 damage, we'll take only 1.

A LOT health. 1 successful hit of sawn-off(4 shots) will result 4% of HP lose.
New players who wanna take some revenge, can use it to take out the guy he wants.(This server doesn't have heavy weapons so it's better to have a
heavy armor to take a lot of people out if used correctly) Instead of putting a 50k hit on them :/
Cons: Will not be a minigun though, but an M4 with a little increased damage. With unlimited ammo.
Not able to sprint nor jump/crouch. If done, then a felling off animation can be added. Felling off from a good height = RIP just like normal.
Molotovs and grenades are the main weapon to defeat it. Or any explosions/fire. e.g. car explosions
