A few countries have this law that attempting suicide is a crime. So, making it in-game should reduce criminals' suicide-abuse. They should get an additional 1.5 minutes jail time.

Criminals automatically get sent to jail when they die near a cop. What is the problem here? This would make more sense if this was put on cops who suicide to avoid desk duty.
