AK and M4 unlockable level increase

I know, it sounds really bad, I am thinking how to solve the problem with the 3 aimbotters that ban evade every night on new accounts. They just use AK mostly, all headshots, they DM the whole server. I tried talking to one, he said this is how he has fun. Maybe if he has to grind harder to get the ak it wont happen so often.

Scenario:

1. New player: Purchasing weapons should be at a higher level.
2. The new player links his account to Discord: The level gets reduced to normal.

There is no need to increase the level requirement for everyone. Once they link their account, the level requirement should be reduced.
