increase paycheck for cops and remove free medical system

they asked for anti instant spawn and mike added freaky desk duty they asked to change the cop shop mike nerfd it amd these things alrdy much enough to bring down cops and mike did it now u saying cop should not get free medical system while they r 1 sultan of crimes and only one cop doing thr cop job by trying to kill those sultan full of criminals by dying and dying meanwhile paying medical fees but realising if he become a cop he should  do cop duty and knowing that its Mikes Cops and robbers so cops should be there, kind of helping mike to keep the server as COPS AND ROBBERS without even getting money after killing one most wanted or getting paid by someone in the LSPD, SFPD, LVPD or San Andreas guarnment all of these sacrifice for keep the server as COPS and ROBBERS or anti random death match, if there's no cop it ll be  death match server...

so keep what cops do have now without clipping nails on cops power

cops spawn at pd and u r standing infront of where cops spawn as i can see there like 6 cops so i would say server has only have 6 cops Right now ++ about equality cops always been lower than civilians thats the fact even people say cops r 2/3 i want the proof send me a screenshot of 2/3 i know its a biggest lie players ever say to no nerf cop powers ,yes there's no equality as u say cuz cops should be 50/50 and not less than civilians + robbing infront of pd is greatest nub thing ever cuz he should know if he rob infront of pd he will be chased down by whole pd

I know most of the players/admin and maybe mike himself thinks that there is injustice done to the criminals and if any cop makes a point they simply deny it by saying "have you ever played as a criminal".
I also call myself as a 24/7 cop but at times i also play as a criminal so what i will write here might seemed biased but trust me it isnt.
Here are point where i feel cops have disadvantages-
1) As soon as a player joins the server for the first time he cannot become a cop, he needs atleasyt 50 levels to become a cop.
2)If you say there are instances where there are a higher cop/criminal ratio then there are instances when there is a very high criminal/cop ratio

3)Most of the elite/pro players become a criminal cauisng chaos in the server + Most of the aimbotters are criminals
4)Desk Duty(I dont need to elaborate on that one) an if someone thinks atleast we get scores/xp by it let me tell u its annoying as hell
5)If a cop kills a mw, that mw can approach the cop(as a civilian) and attack first now most of the cops ont even realise that civilian is about to attack them and those who do they cannot attack first (imagine the civilian uses a sawn off headshot which rips through the armor and then easily took the cop down.
6)Criminals are more organized than cops,they make groups plan a bank robbery,plan a counter attack but cops they just dont listen to each other (if there are 6 cops and 6 mws most of the times 2 cops attack those 6 mws then again other 2 an mws keep getting free kills I am telling this from experience.
7)Cops cannot shoot non threat even when they say "stop and we wont open fire" but we never open fire and had to chase them for eternity.

I guess cops dont want any more of these rules we have had enough and talking about the free medical bill i think thats fair for cops.

And lastly this is just a suggestion ,i am making some counter points and you think we are here to cry then it means you are too sensitive to consider any others opinion thats against you(remember this is just a counter point to your suggestion but if you think we are here to cry well i guess your normal brain functions have been disturbed)
And talking about increase in paycheck i think we get paid enough money but if they want to increase it i wont mind but not on the cost of paying the medical bill.
