So there is one thing make me nervous is about to kill people before kill you for example some one aim on your head with sniper and you cant attack or arrest them as cop cuz he got none wanted level and he kill you easily
I hope do something for that

You can use the single player "Aim the cop to get wanted level" protocol.
By the way make the aiming time 4 seconds because the aimer with sniper can kill you with the average speed of 2-4 seconds
