Remove cutscene skins.

That's literally pay to win, donate 5 euro so you I'll be harder to hit. The reason why these skins are so called "bugskins" is that they're using cutscene animations which weren't supossed to function that way in normal game. And no that's not out of rage and lack of skill. I can easily kill them It's just that 3/4 of people can't aim which makes you a walking sampgod.

The Dwayne mechanic skin is free to use. And it's a cutscene character.

H3LL4 +1, these skins are more lightweight because they needed to spin around in in-game mechanics cutscenes (not the video ones with a lot of bone articulation) faster than the other ones.
