I've always wondered why sex workers could not only engage in the fun in sight of police—but solicit officers themselves. I feel like perhaps making them (& their clients) run the risk of getting caught & charged with a misdemeanor/minor felony (Prostitution? Indecent Exposure?) while boosting the payouts accordingly could be a fun option to explore.
