in this case, they were actually in the right to shoot you.
In the screenshots, you are holding an automatic rifle (which makes you a heavy armed suspect). Additionally, you have at least six wanteds, which makes the kill legit.
However, m.n. was punished few minutes ago for RDMing, we will keep an eye on him.
