Switching back to 'fist' mid fight

i dont what happens sometimes.. ill be spraying with my macs/tecs then it will randomly switch back to my fist..it usually happens in duels and sometimes outside of it..now i dont have alot of clips of it i barely got 2.. i thought it was normal for some reason so i mostly delete them.. it doesnt happen all the time.. but when it does it fucks up my fight..
