As it is frustrating to wait for a group leader to invite someone if he is afk or fighting and for the leader to have someone spamming in his pm to invite him while he is fighting or busy etc....
Create a group owner (can only be one and can assign group pleaders) and create group leaders (can be more than one and all can do everything except assigning leaders)
Create more leaders in group systems

Maybe having a system where other members can /suggest a person and it shows up for the group leader could be good too instead of telling the owner to gri someone

Yeah, and also make it that people can request to join groups it can be something simple like /grj /grjoin /groupjoin and leaders get a notification so they either ignore or /accept
Just let the owner specify that users can invite everyone or not
So you mean 3 leaders for the temporary crew which automatically deletes when we quit?
