If a civilian ram someone or a cop, we get wanted levels and in end we get arrested. But cops are just ramming people out of no where.
Atleast some XP or money should be deducted if they ram civilians.
Let's balance things out.

It´s called reporting somebody for harassing you, how is this gonna balance anything?
If you ram a police officer, then that is usually your problem... not watching the road carefully and driving at full speed if it was unintentional.
Nobody can escape their sins, everyone gets punished whether it takes a day or an eternity.
You can change who you are, but you cannot run from yourself.

So civilian ram police officer then it is his/her problem but if police officer ram civilian then its issue of /report? you sure you know what you talking about?
