It's so annoying spending 25k to kill only 1 guy and some random players come and kill me and I lose everything. You can see my actions I don't play as a civilian/criminal anymore.
So just decrease it damn!
Plus, we also get 2 wanted levels for evidence tempering!

I feel like this is where owning a house really shines, if you have a safe you can store your weapons in there, and you can also rob other houses to steal a ton of ammo.
I’m fine with the prices as of right now but I also don’t mind if they were tweaked a little since they kinda seem so random.

Good suggestion, either decrease prices or increase payout from various missions / jobs / robberies. Even breaking the evidence locker to claim our guns is near to impossible now as cops are always present near the PD.
As majority of the people have stated, the whole economy needs stabilization, and this suggestion is another part of it. I'm in support, it does cost me a lot to buy an average loadout, and it all goes away in no time, plus; the weapon recovery (without getting wanted) already costs too much, forcing people to break the locker and get wanted again in the nest of cops, standing low to no chances of escape.

or maybe increase the cost for cops too? They can get 10 sniper ammo for $99 or so from police locker whereas it takes $500+ in ammunation for the same.

new players will start to scam people, rob someone's account and do many illegal ways to earn.

Going to agree with this. I typically spend 7-10k on weapons at a time but even one bank rob makes me a profit of the weapons I’ve bought.
