Currently, admins must have to handle all things in events.
Without any admin, it is not possible to create and run an event. And I think that it is going on from when the server is created.
Looking at the video will explain it pretty. After asking a lot of times for some sawn offs ammo, I got nothing. And after getting killed, I was sent to jail. And how do we get stars in an event? And after getting killed by a noob person, she says "me pro", nice.
Please improve the event-system a bit. It does need to be improved. This was my first event playing. And I can say that... This was the worst event I have ever seen before in this 8 years SA-MP journey.

Improvements of admin-created events/Make them automated.
I think i saw mike said hes not doing any scripted events, he will just leave it to the admins to do it. (i forgot what forum topic is it on)
There are several scripted events like Decathlon, Treasure hunt, lost mafia money bag,time trials, job events, etc. which can be accessed even if admins are offline. So no need to make Admin events scripted. Let there be some unique events hosted exclusively by admins.
I agree, if there is no possible automation to it, we should have this problem of being wanted and jailed etc after the event sorted instead, the current events are poorly held, admins do their best but the script itself isn't too promising in that
