Propose a new rule on /coprules

I was hoping that you would propose a new rule called "NO CAMPING OUTSIDE OR INSIDE THE BANK" because on my observation it gives the robber no opportunity to earn money when the cops are camping on a bank.

This rule already exists, read /coprules again.

Anyway, thank you for your suggestion!

Cheers,

Nick
