I wanted to citate this post as an example: https://mikescnr.com/forum/index.php/topic,9738.0.html
It's clear that i didn't shoot a bullet to cops, i only shot down the vault guard during the robbery because i am forced to do so, and it's also clear that windah guy kept shooting me even if i was spamming STOP and i was in surrender animation. It's also clear cops rarely check /crimes before going for 1 suspect. They rather gpsing the targeted player, destroy his mobility, and shoot him if he shoots first. So why not changing the rule? Because if i cant rob a bank or a store without being a threat (someone told me that if i rob a store cashier aiming him a gun i am automatically killable by police because i become a threat). Why not changing the rule: the criminals have the first bullet. After criminals shot 1 bullet in presence of cops they are considered a threat. I feel the system we are using right now just doesn't work. Because i can't rob anything without being considered a threat. "Robbing store=Threat" "Robbing Bank=Threat". The only thing that makes you stay non threat is stealing cars robbing players and safes, and just because you don't need guns for that. I think NPC are NPC. So if someone shoots an NPC is not a threat, one should be a threat if attacks a player or a cop. I also think cops very rarely check crimes before arresting. They just look at the wanted level and go /gps. You can see that by playing with other guys as cops. It's just a lock on / terminate target.
I think also self defense should be not considered a crime. Since right now it's considered murdering/assault with a deadly weapon.
Yes ma'am
