Displaying vehicle spawned even though it is impounded

Details: If favourite personal vehicle is impounded, on respawning,  'vehicle impounded' dialog box pops up on screen but 'personal vehicle spawned' message is displayed in chat.

Procedure to replicate bug: get your vehicle impounded (a civilian should steal it and a cop should impound it > respawn> 'vehicle impounded' and 'personal vehicle spawned' message is displayed at the same time.

Upon respawning at hospital, the game tells me the car is impounded.
