Why 4 mins jail for playing as a criminal? Aren't people supposed to be criminals? It's Mike's Cops and Robbers so why are robbers getting jailed so long? Literally in a 1 hour playtime as a criminal, average jail time is 40 mins. Can we just make it 1 or 2 min?

Tbh I would remove the bail time and everything would be fine.
I agree, jail time is too long, especially when everyone is playing cops, it's impossible to last long in the open.
P.S. even escaping jail is mission impossible, cops are overpowered.
