A 100+ player playerbase has nothing to do with how players are being punished. If you are a dumdum and you use cheats then you suffer the consequences of your actions. Buying an unban Will just turn it into: Let's try to be more careful with cheats this time.

So I'd rather love to play a 70-80 player server playing with rules except a 200 players server full of cop DMers, cop hunters, RDMers and other rule breaking stuff including hacking.

Actually, RDMers and other rule-breakers should be punished in another way, which I'll suggest later. I have an idea of how it should work.
